l'Arco dei Sapori - Riccioli Tricolore
Riccioli Tricolore is a beautifully colored pasta that reflects the Italian flag with its natural, green (spinach) and red (tomato) hues. This unique pasta is made according to traditional methods by brothers Massimo and Gianpiero Curti, using only high-quality wheat semolina and natural ingredients.
Thanks to the production with bronze and Teflon coated molds, the pasta gets a rough texture, which makes sauces stick better and the flavors come out optimally. The playful, twisted shape makes this pasta ideal for both creamy and light sauces.
Recipe ideas:
Riccioli Tricolore with basil pesto – Mix the cooked pasta with fresh pesto, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
Mediterranean Pasta Salad – Let the pasta cool and toss with mozzarella, olives, arugula and an olive oil and balsamic dressing.
Riccioli with grilled vegetables – Combine the pasta with roasted peppers, zucchini and eggplant and finish with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, tomatoes, spinach 2%.
