Rosten Oil Barrel Aged was matured immediately after fermentation in a wooden Sauternes Wood Whiskey barrel from J.Dias & Ca.sa. This for 6 months.

This ripening provides a refined taste, not only a natural wood note is added to the taste, but also a hint of vanilla.
The typical strong bitter aftertaste of the Rosten Owl is less present in this Barrel Aged.
