A refreshing rice wine with umami, which is one of the five basic tastes: sweet, salty, bitter and sour are the others. Umami stands for savory and delicious. The sake is made with the underground water of Mount Kaikoma in Japan. From the first sip you are greeted by the flavors of oats and nuts. The taste of nectarine jam makes it a little savory. Expect a firm and semi-dry aftertaste.
