On the coast of the Indian Ocean, at the foot of the Piton de la Fournaise volcano, the Savanna distillery has been making rare rum by hand since 1870. After more than a century at the Domaine de Savanna, nestled in the foothills of the island's wet coast, the distillery moved to the Bois Rouge site in Saint-André on the east coast in 1992.

This aged agricole rum is released in a limited edition to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of this event in 2022 and is a blend of six carefully hand-selected barrels.

Features:< br /> - Nose: fresh, slightly vegetal and menthol-like attack, with notes of exotic fruit and a background of pastries in which spices, vanilla and a light wood touch emerge.
- Mouth: lively, warm, then soft and wonderfully spicy.
- Aftertaste: harmonious, with a return of minty and vegetal freshness.
