How to order gifts?
Flavor Shop provides a tasteful gift for every special moment.
Do you want to spoil someone, give someone a boost, support them or surprise them? At Flavor Shop you will find special gifts for every occasion. Would you like a carefully put-together package, or do you prefer to compose your own gift? We explain in a few short steps how you can easily order a gift online.
➣ Step 1: your gift.
On our webshop, you can make your choice and order easily. Choose from our curated gifts: Flavor Moments packages. Or put together your own gift package by adding all desired products to your shopping basket.
➣ Step 2: your gift package.
At the bottom of your shopping basket, you will find a nice selection of gift wrapping and greeting cards. You can choose from these and add them to your order. Or you can find a wide selection on these pages:

➣ Step 3: your personal message.
Write your personal message and name with the card. You can do this in the extra field of the greeting card you have chosen.
There you go! Now you have a tasteful gift to spoil someone with. All you have to do is pay.

✦ How do I order my presents?
✧ The best way to order is online via the webshop. Why? That way, the Flavor Shop team is immediately aware of your order and get straight to work. We are, of course, ready to assist you if you need help. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
✦ How do I order my gifts when I have received a gift voucher?
✧ With an online Flavor Shop gift card with a code, you can place your orders online and enter your code during checkout.
✧ With a paper Flavor Shop gift voucher with a barcode sticker, you can shop at our shop in Gooik or place your orders online.

✦ When should I order my gifts?
✧ The sooner we receive your order, the faster we can process it. Our team needs time to get your gifts in tip-top shape. During busy periods, this sometimes requires a little more time, such as during Mother's Day, Father's Day and the end of the year. We prepare a gift by putting together all the products, adding your personal message and wrapping it nicely. Then your order is ready for shipment and we integrate your delivery into our planning. So be sure to order on time, ordering a few days in advance certainly doesn't hurt and gives us enough time to make you and your loved ones happy.
✦ When can I collect my orders from the shop?
✧ We will send you a message as soon as your order is ready. We would like to ask you to order at least one day in advance so that we can prepare your order.
✦ When will my presents be delivered?
✧ We deliver by bpost or postnl throughout Belgium and the Netherlands from Monday to Friday. Due to possible delays with the postal companies, we cannot guarantee that your presents will be delivered on your delivery date. But the sooner we receive your order, the better. Especially during busy periods. So ordering a week in advance certainly doesn't hurt and gives us enough time to make you and your loved ones happy.
✦ How can I give different gifts to different people?
✧ You can place several orders online for each present. That way we also know where each gift can be delivered, how each one should be wrapped and which greeting card and personal message goes with it.
✦ How can I give the same present to several people?
✧ You can have gifts delivered to different addresses. In that case, we ask you to place several orders. That way we immediately know which products belong to which gift and which address we need to deliver to. This way we can have your order delivered faster.

✦ What are the delivery terms?
✧ We deliver throughout Belgium and the Netherlands with bpost or postnl. With bpost, you can also customise your delivery according to your wishes (to an address, a service point or an automatic parcel machine). We also deliver to France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal, Austria and the Czech Republic.
✧ We ship your gifts as soon as possible.
✧ You can check the rates here.
✧ You can also collect your orders from the shop free of charge. You can indicate this option during your order. As soon as you receive an e-mail that your parcel is ready, you can ask for it at the checkout.
