Silent Pool Gin

Silent Pool Gin is a classic gin through and through. It is a fresh, deep gin bursting with flavor! It is made with no fewer than 24 botanicals, mainly with floral notes of lavender and chamomile. The fresh note comes from the citrus and kaffir lime that are ground together with locally grown honey. The gin is very nicely balanced and refreshing! This Silent Pool gin won a gold medal at the World Spirits Award in 2016! So a real thoroughbred!
The Silent Pool Gin with a neutral tonic such as the Fever Tree Indian Tonic. As garnishes, add rose petals, violets and orange zest.
