Sir Chill Gin

The existence of Sir Chill Gin (formerly Churchill) has its origins in Wevelgem, West Flanders. When two cigar enthusiasts asked themselves what the taste of tobacco would mean in a liquid state, this was the start of a beautiful story. Both traveled to many continents in their search for the best tobacco varieties in the world. Their objective was to discover the ideal combination between tobacco and other worldly flavors. After months of tasting and combining, an ideal combination was created that, in a way, unites all parts of the world. The result is an exceptional gin with a clear recognizable tobacco flavor with a hint of vanilla. There are also many other flavors to discover, such as mandarin and almond nut. The combination of fruits, spices, plants and nuts provides a complex, never-before-matched flavor explosion! The ingredients used in addition to tobacco are mandarin and almond nut.

The nice thing about this gin is that you can combine it with a neutral (citrus-tinged), spicy or sweet tonic (e.g. Fever Tree Indian Tonic, Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic). As a garnish you can add a juniper berry, some orange zest or a stick of vanilla.
