St Etienne Rum Vieux VSOP is a Rum Ambré produced by one of Martinique's oldest and most famous companies. Centuries have passed, but within the walls of the Habitation Saint-Etienne are well preserved the secrets that made it famous: the cultivation, cutting and preparation of sugar cane, its processing to extract the precious juice for fermentation and finally the distillation process in traditional stills to produce a Rum Agricole of great aromatic richness.

Characteristics: The nose is rich with notes of candied fruit: apricot, peach, melon, then the notes of grilled almond, butterscotch, coffee and cloves. The mouth is exquisite and gives the nose extra comfort: a wide and warm attack that beautifully frames the palate. The softness and viscosity accentuate the length of this cuvee.
