This is a super delicious pasta sauce packed with sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini. You can enhance the sauce with some fried minced meat.

Heat the sauce in a pan on the stove or in the microwave. Add the fried minced meat if desired and mix with al dente cooked pasta (according to kezue).
