Belpasta Tagliatelle Half-Whole Wheat combines tradition with local craftsmanship. The pasta is made using two machines: an extruder-mixer for the dough and a laminating machine that creates the fine thickness of 0.6 mm. The tagliatelle is then hung by hand to dry carefully. This long drying process of 20 hours ensures firmness, prevents breakage and preserves the quality during cooking. The half-whole wheat composition offers a nutritious alternative with a full, nutty flavour.
