l'Arco dei Sapori - Tagliatelli nero di seppia (Tagliatelli with squid ink)
Tagliatelle Nero di Seppia is a refined Italian pasta, enriched with squid ink, which gives it its deep black colour and subtle salty flavour. This pasta is produced in an artisanal way by brothers Massimo and Gianpiero Curti, according to traditional Italian methods.
The use of high-quality wheat semolina and production in bronze molds coated with teflon give the pasta a rough texture that allows sauces to adhere better. This pasta is perfect with seafood, light creamy sauces or a dash of lemon and olive oil.
Recipe ideas:
Tagliatelle Nero with seafood – Fry shrimps and mussels with garlic and white wine, mix with the pasta and finish with parsley.
Black pasta with lemon and olive oil – Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and a pinch of chili for a fresh taste.
Tagliatelle Nero with creamy saffron sauce – Make a sauce with cream, saffron and Parmesan cheese and mix with the pasta for a luxurious dish.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, black cuttlefish ink 2%, salt. Cuttlefish ink of EU and non-EU origin.
May contain traces of eggs, fish, nuts, soya and mustard.
