This 12 year old single malt from Tobermory was launched in early 2019 to celebrate the distillery coming back to life after a two year hiatus! This expression slumbered peacefully in American oak barrels for a dozen years before being bottled at 46.3% ABV. What a way to get back on track!

Characteristics:
Nose: pear, peach and apple, with a hint of brown sugar. Greek yogurt, barley and a hint of cinnamon pastry.
Taste: Again round malt notes, now a bit oily. Still a generous portion of sweet stone fruit.
Aftertaste: A flash of orange peel, soft sawdust, toffee and dates.
