The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Single Malt is a whisky that has been fully matured in sherry casks, which contributes to its rich and refined character. This 12 year old whisky opens with sweet, caramelised notes of apple and pear, beautifully balanced with the fruity flavours of sultanas, orange peel and apricot. Subtle hints of aged leather add an extra layer of depth to the nose.

On the tongue you discover deeper flavours of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, combined with dried fruit and nutty accents. The finish is warm and round, with a pleasant sweetness and a hint of cinnamon spice, which makes for a wonderfully warming end to the taste experience.
