The Tomatin Portuguese Collection expressions were each distilled on September 8, 2006 and aged for over 8 years in traditional Scotch Whiskey oak barrels. On April 23, 2015, the whiskey was transferred to Tawny Port, Moscatel de Setúbal or Madeira wine casks for a further 7 years, resulting in a beautiful triad of single malt Scotch whiskies.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: Black forest cake, with warm herbs that develop into fresh summer fruit.
- On the palate: Forest fruits; blackberries, raspberries and cherries, but the sweeter notes of peach and apricot return in the aftertaste.
