Vallon Des Anges Rosé - Domaine de Valdition

The grapes, harvested on a stony and calcareous soil of Eyguières, underwent maceration and then ripening on lees. The result: an admirable pale rosé full of expressiveness and complexity on the nose (grapefruit, rose, peach and apricot). The palate is soft, round and silky, and the elegant fruit is omnipresent from start to finish.

Wine made from a selection of vintage Grenache and Cinsault, the Vallon des Anges is an exceptional rosé of great aromatic power.
