This grappa was slowly distilled from the best Moscato grapes collected in areas Astigiano and Canellese. Afterwards, this grappa was matured for a long time and then additionally matured in oak barrels from Limousin, France.

The distillation takes place partly with the discontinuous method, to obtain a better aroma and taste and partly with the continuous method, to give that touch of softness and make the final distillate "more velvety" and sweet.

Color: intense gold

Bouquet: aromatic, delicate with hints of muscat grapes

Taste: aromatic and fruity, with intense hints of dried fruit, raisins and vanilla.
