Inspired by the sun-drenched citrus groves of Spain, this artisanal gin is infused with Iberian pink grapefruits. Although the predominant flavor of this gin is clearly grapefruit (in addition to juniper berries), there is also a mix of other botanical ingredients that provide a subtle flavor. These are coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, licorice root, sweet orange, lemon peel, lime flowers, balsam herb, cloves and chamomile.
