Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger gin. The same taste, but without alcohol.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger 0% is made using the UK's only Spinning Cone Vacuum Column Still. This process ensures that the flavors and characteristic notes do not burn during distillation. The existing Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin enters the still and is extracted into 3 streams: water, existing flavors and aromas in Whitley Neill and alcohol.
At the end of this process the water and flavors/aromas are mixed, creating the 'gin' without alcohol.

Tasting notes:
The rhubarb gives the gin its characteristic sharper edge, while the ginger provides a warm and full aftertaste.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger 0% won gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
