Win Verdejo Sparkling White - Non-alcoholic Wine

The Win Verdejo is made from the Spanish Verdejo grape that grows in the interior of Spain, more specifically in the Valbuena de Duero region. Low acidity, notes of pineapple, ripe peaches and stone fruit characterize this wine. The producer recommends drinking it chilled.

At Win, a special technique is used to separate the alcohol from the wine based on the "spinning cone" technique, in which the volatile aromas, alcohol and the body of the wine are separated. The aromas and body are then combined to achieve the best result. Afterwards, carbon dioxide is added to achieve a pearly effect.
