Entre-deux-Monts is located on the rolling slopes between the Rodeberg and the Zwarteberg, in the heart of the Heuvelland. The first grape vines were planted in 2004. The first harvest followed in 2008.
Wiscoutre refers to the old Franconian name of the village of Westouter where the wine is made. Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs is the first sparkling wine that the wine estate has produced since 2009.
This is a real winner among Belgian sparkling wines. This results in almost annual prizes.
Characteristics:
- Nose: open and pure with stone fruit, orange zest
- Mouth: fresh attack, broader structure, a pleasant explosion
