YuGin is a delicate and refreshing gin, made with fresh Yuzu and other botanicals (juniper, coriander, Sichuan pepper, licorice). It combines excellent freshness with extremely subtle, relaxing aromas.

Yuzu is used by top chefs and perfumers, but is also a citrus fruit that has been sought after by the Japanese for centuries for its relaxing and refreshing properties, both in the Japanese cuisine as in age-old customs such as Yuzuyu.

Serving tip: Yu - Mustard & Tonic

- 5cl YuGin
- 15cl tonic
- 3 basil leaves
- 10 mustard seeds

Pour 5cl YuGin into an ice-filled glass and fill with tonic of your choice. Garnish with basil leaves and mustard seeds.
