O'gustinos black olives are carefully grown in the fertile area of Bajo Aragón, where they benefit from the ideal Mediterranean climate. The Empeltre olives ripen slowly, resulting in a soft, refined texture and a subtly sweet flavour. They are carefully marinated in a unique herb blend of rosemary, garlic and oregano, combined with Tierralou's extra virgin olive oil.
